APP Instructions

Welcome to ESSACHINA  


The ESSACHINA APP is a user-friendly wholesale procurement platform for fast-moving consumer goods. 

You can download it by searching for "ESSACHINA" in your mobile app store. 

Here, you can easily search and select products, explore the latest factory arrivals, quickly obtain quotes, 

manage your shopping cart, place orders, and track order status. 

Below is a user guide to help you get started.  


1、Registration and Login  

Registration: When using the app for the first time, click the "Register" button on the homepage, 

fill in the required information, and complete the verification process. 

You can choose to register using either your phone number or email.  

Login: If you already have an account, simply enter your email or phone number and password to log in.  


2、Search and Product Selection  

Search Products: Enter the product name or keywords in the search bar on the homepage or upload an image to search. 

The system will display a list of products matching your criteria.  

Filter Options: Use various filtering options to quickly locate your desired products.  


3、View Factory New Arrivals  

Click the "New Arrivals" section to see the latest products and factory information. 

This ensures you stay updated on market trends and popular items.  


4、Add to Cart  

Add Products: After finding the products you need, click the "Add to Cart" button to place them in your cart. 

You can view the cart anytime and adjust the product quantity or remove items.  

Get a Quote: Once added to the cart, the system will request the latest quote from the factory for each product.  


5、Place Orders and Make Payments  

Confirm Orders: Review the products available for ordering and contact your account manager to finalize the purchase.  

Payment: Your account manager will assist you in making the necessary payment.  


6、Order Tracking  

Track Order Status: On the "Orders" page, you can monitor your order status, including shipping and logistics updates.  

Order Management: Click on the order details to view comprehensive order information, track logistics, 

and communicate with your account manager as needed.


7、Procurement Support  

Account Manager: Your account manager will provide full assistance throughout the procurement process.
